Sarah is a Masters qualified Art therapist and a professional member of ANZACATA. Sarah has experience working in the mental health sector and is passionate about assisting individuals to connect with their creative nature. Art therapy is available to anyone who is interested in art making and no skills are necessary. Through the guidance of art making and a safe therapy space, Sarah can assist clients to explore ways to gain greater self awareness which can increase self confidence and wellbeing. Sarah uses a person-centred approach, working alongside clients to assist with their goals for therapy.
