Art Therapy
Art Therapy is a gentle and creative form of therapy that uses art-making as a way to explore emotions, reduce stress, and support personal growth. It provides a safe and supportive space where you can express yourself through painting, drawing, collage, sculpture, or other creative processes — no art experience required.
In an Art Therapy session, the focus isn’t on producing a perfect artwork, but on the process of creation and the insights that emerge along the way. Through guided creative expression and reflection, Art Therapy can help you:
- Understand and express emotions that may be hard to put into words
- Build self-awareness and confidence
- Manage anxiety, stress, or trauma
- Support recovery and wellbeing during life changes or challenges
All sessions are facilitated by a qualified and registered Art Therapist, trained at master’s level and recognised by the Australian, New Zealand and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA).
Art Therapy is suitable for people of all ages and backgrounds — from children and adolescents to adults and older adults — and can be tailored to individual needs, families, or groups.
If you’re seeking a creative, compassionate approach to emotional wellbeing, Art Therapy offers a meaningful way to reconnect with yourself and find new ways to heal and grow.
