We are a busy practice and our clinicians are often fully booked in advance. For this reason it is important that if you are unable to attend your appointment, you notify our Reception and Administration Team as soon as possible.
You will receive an SMS 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm your attendance. If you need to change your appointment you can call us on (02) 4339 7314, sms on 0412 009 906 or email at admin@allkidsandfamily.com.au
If you are unable to attend your appointment and you give us 24 hours notice, there will be no charge. If there is less than 24 hours notice, there will be a cancellation fee charged. Non-attendance without notice will also incur a cancellation fee.
